The bed is the best I’ve had fir a very long time I’m savearly disabled and in constant pain and have no had a good night sleep for about 20 years but I’ve had this bed for a month and I’ve had every night with sleeping nearly all night and I have had a few lying

I still love Dunelm store but just not this bed. I ordered it because of the colour and style, but headboard is a separate unit and of course needs to be purchased separately. We ordered King Size, you basically get two chip board filled (in my opinion) wooden boxes, or cheap and cheerful boxes (on observation) to rest your mattress on. Nothing gives the feeling of a good solid base, you can easily move them around without any effort. These bases are not solid units and this cheap wood is definitely not worth £729.00. There is nothing to stop them moving apart.
The day it arrived, 25th August 2023, I requested for a refund and arranged collection. On the day of collection, 2 items were ready for collection, base and mattress, they only collected base, thinking these are the 2 items, and left the mattress behind. A week later, a mattress was collected, and the refund for mattress was given quickly. I am still waiting for refund for the base, which I had to remind the customer team about it on the 08th September 2023. Although I love visiting Dunelm and it is still my favourite store, because of the quality products and its reasonable cost, just not this bed.

Love the look of this bed and went for a divan due to the storage options and to avoid a squeaky bed frame. I’m really disappointed as from day 1 one side of the bed has been so squeaky with every shift in weight/sitting/moving. Not what I expected from a divan bed or the price. I hoped it would improve – perhaps just because it was new it was squeaky and the wood had to settle, but it’s still as noisy with every shift in weight and has made sleeping unbearable for a light sleeper

Described as ‘Luxury’ but could not be further from the truth!
Unpacked it to find a flimsy, damaged, bed base. Opened the ottoman and it’s lined with what looks like garden weed control fabric stapled with at hundreds of steel staples,.
The velvet was cheap and crushed in places. Cost £789!! I expected much better.
Won’t be buying from Dunelm on line again as second thing I’ve had to return due to bad quality.
