Nice soft matress for those who need a bit of give. But it comes vacuum packed, so once you unroll it there is no chance of a return, so be warned, it is soft for an adult. I cannot feel the springs through the top layer, but the material on that layer is delicate. No problem for me as i an sticking 2 toppers on it, but i would want a matress protector on it at the very least.

Soft matress for an adult, obviously less so for a child, cannot feel the springs. Top material is delicate in my opinion, you may want to use a protector if not adding a topper.

My mattress arrived on time and left as requested in the porch. It had been vacuum packed in a roll and so was easy to manouvre onto the bed, and I am a little old lady. Once I removed the packaging it quickly puffed up and I could put on the sheets. It is very comfortable, soft but firm with no dip in the middle.
