We bought this as a feature chair for the living room, and as a secondary sleeping option. As a chair, it’s large and comfortable. It’s so big you could arguably fit two people on it, but we have a couple of cushions to pad it out for one person. As for the bed, I was pleasantly surprised how decent it is. We recently had a baby and needed a second place to sleep while we take it in turns during the night shift. I’m a 6ft4 man and have used the mattress several times now. I’ve found it surprisingly comfortable and managed to get a good nights sleep on it every time. I’ve read other review recommending a topper, which I might try, but it’s good enough as it is for the odd use. It’s easy enough to pull out and put away again. I’d definitely recommend if you have space for a large feature chair and need an occasional pull-out bed.
